Orders can be made by email only. After an official reply by Lidewijde, including the account with order number, VAT and delivery costs, payment has to be made in advance for 100% by Paypal or on the mentioned accountnumber. After receiving the payment Lidewijde will send you a confirmation and notice of date of postal sending.

Lidewijde will fulfill the order in accordance with the present purchase conditions within 14 days of receiving the order (but within 30 days at a maximum ref. legal regulation). If Lidewijde does not fulfill the order up to the given deadline due to some unexpected obstacle then the sum of money paid in advance by the costumer will be immediately -but at the latest within 30 days- paid back. Within 8 days of delivery of your order the purchaser can make a complaint and return the item after contacting our firm. Refunds will be made after receiving the product by Lidewijde.
